What happens when you delete

• Your profile, preferences, and all matching data are scheduled for permanent removal.
• All direct messages and group messages are unlinked from your identity and purged.
• Agreements you've created or signed are retained as required by law, but your personal data within them is anonymised where possible.
• Rent tracker sheets, shopping lists, and household data linked to your account are deleted.
• Training progress, badges, XP, and reputation scores are removed.
• Reviews you wrote are anonymised; reviews about you are removed.
• Phone verification data and phone share requests are purged.
• We retain limited logs as required to detect abuse or meet legal obligations.
• If you sign back in during the grace period, you can cancel the deletion.

Before you proceed

1. Download a full copy of your data — profile, messages, agreements, rent data, and settings.
2. Settle any outstanding financial matters (rent splits, shared bills).
3. Inform your roommates or group members if applicable.
4. Review any active agreements — they may need to be handled separately.
5. Understand that deletion is irreversible after the 14-day grace period.
